Next-generation vehicle security

Your car only moves for you.

The Pandora Microbot is a next-generation immobiliser. Your car starts and drives only when your radio tag is present — so a relayed or cloned key is worthless, and your car simply won't go. No app. No subscription.

Why it matters

Losing your car costs far more than the car.

When a car is stolen, the headline is the vehicle. The reality is weeks of disruption, money out of your own pocket, and a long list of things you never get back. Here's what it actually lands on you.

The excess you pay

Even when it wasn't your fault, you pay your policy excess before a penny is settled — often several hundred pounds, sometimes more on newer cars.

Weeks off the road

Claims take time to settle and the right replacement takes longer to find. Meanwhile the school run, the commute and everything else is on you to sort.

Everything left inside

Child seats, the dash cam, sunglasses, the charger, paperwork, the bits that mattered — gone with the car, and rarely worth claiming for one by one.

Higher premiums after

A theft claim follows you. Insurers see a higher risk, and your renewal quotes can climb — and stay up — for years after the event.

The admin nobody wants

The police report and crime reference, the insurer calls, the courtesy-car wrangling, replacing your licence details, re-keying — hours of it, on your time.

It doesn't feel like "just a car"

It's where your kids ride and where your day happens. Having it taken from outside your home leaves something that a cheque never quite covers.

An empty parking space where a car once was
The morning after

The space where your car used to be.

Stopping it from happening is a few hours with an installer — once. Recovering from it is weeks of your life, money you won't see again, and a renewal that never quite settles back down.

How cars are taken today

Most cars aren't broken into. They're tricked.

Today's thieves rarely smash a window. They fool the car into believing your key is present — and they're quick, quiet, and gone in under a minute.

01 — Relay / keyless

Your signal, copied

Two people, two relay boxes: one near your front door to pick up your key's signal, one at the car. The car thinks the key is there and unlocks and starts.

02 — Key cloning

A new key, in seconds

Plugging into the car's diagnostic port, a thief can program a blank key to your car in moments — then simply drive it away as if it were their own.

03 — ECU swap

Replacing the brain

For higher-value cars, thieves swap the engine control unit for one they already have a key for — bypassing the factory immobiliser entirely.

A traditional alarm shouts. It doesn't stop a single one of these. The Microbot does.

Meet the Microbot

An immobiliser that hides in the car — and only answers to you.

The Microbot sits concealed inside your vehicle and quietly takes charge of whether it's allowed to move. The car will start and drive only when your radio tag is present. No tag, no go — so a relayed signal, a cloned key, even a swapped ECU gets a thief precisely nowhere.

It blocks theft on two fronts at once — digitally over the car's CAN-bus network, and through a physical analogue circuit. Many rivals guard only the digital side. And because there's no phone app and no subscription for its core protection, there's nothing to hack and nothing to keep paying for.

What's inside

Serious protection, quietly done.

Drives only with your tag

A small radio tag authorises the car. Not carrying it? A PIN on the car's own buttons lets you drive — no extra fobs to juggle.

Blocks keyless, relay, cloning & ECU swap

The attacks thieves actually use today — all dead ends. Without your tag the car won't start, however they got "a key".

Dual digital + analogue blocking

It guards the car's digital CAN-bus network and a physical analogue circuit at the same time — where many rivals protect the digital side only.

Anti-hijack mode

If the car is ever taken or you're forced out, it safely immobilises so it can't be driven off — protection most security simply doesn't have.

Auto door-locking & window lift

Pull away and your doors lock themselves and windows lift closed — so no one opens a door at the lights, with nothing to remember.

Automatic arming & valet mode

It arms itself as you walk away — nothing to switch on. A valet/service mode lets you hand the car over without handing over your security.

Concealed — no LED, no cut wires

Fitted out of sight with no tell-tale light, integrating over existing wiring (nothing cut). There's nothing on show for a thief to find or defeat.

No app, no subscription

Core protection runs with no phone app, no Bluetooth and no monthly fee — nothing to hack, and ultra-low power so your battery's fine.

Good to know

Questions, answered.

Is there an app?
No — and that's by design. You use a small radio tag, or a PIN entered on the car's own buttons, to authorise driving. There's no phone app and no Bluetooth, so there's nothing to hack, nothing to charge, and nothing to fumble for.
Does it track my car or where I go?
No. The Microbot is an immobiliser — it prevents the car being taken; it doesn't record or share your location. Nothing watches where you drive. If you also want stolen-vehicle recovery, it pairs happily with a separate dedicated tracker.
Is there a subscription?
No subscription is needed for the Microbot's core protection. It's a one-off — fitted, set up, and yours, with no monthly fee to keep it working.
How do I start my car day to day?
Exactly as you do now — just have your tag with you and the car starts and drives normally. If you ever don't have the tag, you enter your PIN on the car's existing buttons. It arms itself again automatically when you walk away.
What if I lose my tag?
You're covered. As well as the tag, you can drive by entering your PIN on the car's own buttons — so a misplaced tag never leaves you stranded.
Will it fit my car?
The Microbot suits a wide range of modern vehicles and integrates over the existing wiring, with no cables cut. Your approved installer confirms compatibility with your exact make and model before anything is booked.
Can a thief find it and disable it?
It's concealed during fitting with no LED and no external signs, and it blocks the car on two separate circuits at once. There's nothing on show to locate, and no single wire to cut that defeats it.
Does anti-hijack make driving risky?
Not at all. Day to day you'll never notice it — the car drives exactly as normal with your tag present. Anti-hijack only steps in if the vehicle is taken or you're forced out, and it immobilises safely.
